Welcome to Ulster - International Student Orientation September 2025

Online Enrolment and Orientation

Our International Student Orientation Programme will run for a full week beginning on Monday 15 September 2025, concluding on Friday 19 September 2025.

The International Student Advisory Service have a full week of activities to help you get all the key information your need, make new friends, and to become familiar with your new surroundings.

To ensure you have a smooth transition and get all the information you need to start your journey, we invite you to attend our mandatory welcome sessions.

Next Steps

  • International Student Welcome sessions will take place on Monday and Wednesday at 9.45am in room MU201.  One final session will be held on Friday at 9.45am in room MD026.  You must attend one of these sessions.  Bring any important documents you might need and a notepad to jot down useful information.
  • Once you have completed this session you'll be ready to finalise your registration. Please go to the Student Check-In on Library Level 1 to complete this process.

The Giant's Causeway & North Coast Trip

Register for our trip to the famous Giant's Causeway on Northern Ireland's north coast.  We'll stop at the beautiful coastal town of Portrush for lunch. The cost is just £20 per person and includes private coach travel, entry to the Giant's Causeway and visitor centre and lunch on the way back.
