Your Student ID Card
Your Student ID card is essential for your campus experience. It includes your student number and course details and is required for:
- Borrowing books from the library
- Campus parking
- Accessing certain areas on campus
Keep Your Card Updated
To maintain access to these facilities, your card must be updated approximately every 30 days. Simply tap your card on the card readers located at the main reception of each campus.
Collecting Your Card
Your Joining Instructions will tell you where to collect your student ID card. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Campus Registry Office.
Photo Upload
If you haven’t uploaded your photo yet, please do so via the Photo Upload Centre. Once uploaded, contact your campus Registry Office to complete the process.

Lost property
All lost property found on University campuses should be handed in to the relevant main Reception Desk as soon as it is found.
If you have lost an item of property on campus, report it to Reception as soon as possible. When the missing property has been found, you should make arrangements to collect it from Reception.
