Your Student ID Card

Your Student ID card is essential for accessing a range of university services and facilities. It includes your student number and course details, and is required for:

  • Borrowing books from the library
  • Using campus car parks
  • Gaining access to secure areas on the Belfast, Coleraine, and Derry~Londonderry campuses

Keeping your card active

To maintain access to university facilities, your card must be updated approximately every 30 days. You can do this by tapping your card on the card readers located at the main reception of each campus.

Your Joining Instructions will include the location for collecting your Student ID card.
