Here you can update your personal details, address, request a transcript, confirm your attendance and access your higher education achievement record (HEAR).
HEAR is the official Ulster University document which provides a record of achievements, both academic and non-academic, gained while studying at Ulster.
It is an electronic document available to students on full-time undergraduate degree courses, or integrated Master’s degrees, on the Belfast, Coleraine, or Magee campuses.
We have been experiencing difficulties issuing HEAR documents and are working towards a resolution.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Additional copies of your transcript can be obtained from your campus Examinations Office by completing the Transcript Request Form.
You may also request a transcript while you are a currently enrolled student which will detail the results of modules approved by examination boards up to the date of the request.
Update your address to keep your student record up to date.
Ulster University's Change of Name policy is designed to guide students who wish to change their name once they are a registered student.
