The feeling of community at our Coleraine campus makes for a warm and welcoming student experience.
The relaxed, outdoor atmosphere of the north coast is reflected in the feel of this thriving campus.Together with the nearby seaside towns of Portrush and Portstewart and the Giant’s Causeway World Heritage Site, this area is a major international tourist destination.
A wide range of subjects is available at Coleraine, which makes for an interesting mixture of students and staff. Subject areas include biomedical sciences, geography and environmental science, psychology, pharmacy, English, history, media and journalism, travel and tourism, and teacher training.
Provost of the Coleraine campus
In 2018, Ulster University marks 50 years since its foundation in Coleraine. The campus is internationally recognised for its teaching excellence and pioneering research in a wide range of areas including science, health, education, media and the humanities.
The campus is home to the Riverside Theatre, a state-of-the art sports complex and Northern Ireland’s first Enterprise Zone. Given its geographical location, it is very much a destination campus with a wealth of natural assets on our doorstep. The self-contained campus community creates a warm and welcoming student experience.
At Student Support we provide many services to help students through their time at Ulster University.
Our Campus in Coleraine boasts a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities that are open all year round to students and members of the public.
