Any Questions?

  • I've just arrived on campus what should I do next?

    When you arrive on campus you'll be able to fully complete your online enrolment and registration.

    You can expect to be met by teams wearing bright green and blue.  They'll help direct you to your campus Check-In area and to the essential Welcome to Ulster Session hosted by the International Student Advisory Service.

  • Which sessions should I attend?

    You must attend the Welcome to Ulster session to get all of the essential information you'll need for a great start to Ulster. You only need to attend this session once, and can fine out more by selecting your campus timetable above.

    There are also a wide range of informative and social sessions scheuled covering public transport, part-time work and making friends.

  • When is my Course Induction?

    You must ensure that you attend your Academic Course Induction.  You can find details of when and where this take place on your Registration Instructions email. At this mandatory session you will meet your Course Director, learn about the modules you will  be studying and meet your new classmates.

  • How do I get my student card and timetable?

    Once you have attended your Welcome to Ulster session and completed your checks and online enrolment, you  will be able to collect your Student Card and meet with our Timetabling Team to access you class timetable.

  • How can I meet people and make friends?

    We have arranged lots of events and activities throughout International Orientation Week to help you make new friends and help you settle into life and learning at Ulster. Review your campus timetable by clicking the link above to find out more!
