Semester 1 and 2

Throughout semesters 1 and 2, the International Student Advisory Service host  a range of events and activities including a  weekly catch-up for international students called 'Coffee & Chat' which takes place on each campus.

Select your campus below to find out more about what's happening and how to join!

In order to provide a welcoming environment for our students, we will not allow unauthorised solicitation, recruiting, or marketing during this time.

Student groups or societies who would like to promote their upcoming events, recruit for their group, or help with a weekly catch-up can email the team at isas@ulster.ac.uk.

Our International Student Coffee and Chat is back!  If you have any questions, want to talk to someone, or just want to enjoy good company, please come along!

You'll also find details of our support sessions and other social activities that you can take part in.  We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Don't forget, if you need help or support you can drop-in to speak to a member of the team between 10am to 12pm and 12pm to 2pm in room BA-02-016.

Take Five with ISAS-Refuel & Refresh

Come join the ISAS team for a chance to relax and unwind during this busy exam period! We’ll have tea, coffee, and snacks for you to take away—perfect for a little boost when you need it most.

We’ll also have craft supplies and  games, as well as resources available from Student Wellbeing to help you feel grounded, focused, and supported through what can be a stressful time.

Your mental and emotional wellbeing matters, and taking a moment for yourself can make all the difference in helping you do your best academically.

Coffee and Chat is a great opportunity for you to come along, meet your friends, classmates and staff over a cup of coffee/tea and enjoy some traybakes.  The ISAS team will be available and happy to answer any questions you may have.  We'd love to see you there!

ISAS staff are available to you throughout your studies - if you would like to speak to a member of the team then please drop in to MC012, 10am to 4pm Monday-Thursday and 10am to 3pm Friday, or contact isas@ulster.ac.uk, or ring on 028 95 367030.
