When you arrive on campus, you will be able to fully complete your registration and enrolment, this will be taking place at the Student Check-In area in the library.
There will be two International Student Welcome Sessions throughout the week. The first on Monday 16 September at 10am in U113, and in case you missed it, a catch up session on Thursday 19 September at 10am in U113. Bring any important documents you might need and a notepad to jot down useful information.
Once you have completed this session you'll be ready to finalise your registration. You can see details of the full International Student Orientation Programme below.

Welcome to Ulster - Living and Learning in Northern Ireland	Monday 16 September 2024 @ 10:00 AM	U113 During the welcome session, you will receive important information about: Campus resources and facilities Bank Accounts & Doctor Registration Your Student Visa Next Steps including Online Registration and Enrolment You'll meet the team and have your questions answered.
Local Shopping Trip	Monday 16 September 2024 @ 1:00 PM	Meet outside Global Lounge Meet outside the Global Lounge at 1.00pm. A private coach will take us to explore Coleraine town centre and then onto Riverside Retail Park for everything you will need to set up your new home. We'll show you some local supermarkets so you can stock up on some groceries too!

Student Wellbeing and Money Team	Tuesday 17 September 2024 @ 2:00 PM	U113 Our wellbeing team offer a wide range of support including counselling services, financial advice and much more. You'll also find out about the Informed Minds App and how to get free access.
Coleraine's Got Talent!	Tuesday 17 September 2024 @ 3:00 PM	Global Lounge This is an orientation favourite! A chance to unwind, have some fun and showcase a hidden talent!

Meet Your Students Union	Wednesday 18 September 2024 @ 1:00 PM	U113 In this orientation session you will meet our fantastic Students Union staff and officers. Learn about the range of support offered by our Students Union Advice Bureau, as well as the various initiatives and societies you can get involved with.
Coffee and Campus Walk	Wednesday 18 September 2024 @ 2:00 PM	Meet at Global Lounge Join our Global Ambassadors for a tour of Coleraine campus. As well as our beautiful woodland trail, find out how to navigate your way to your classrooms, sports facilities, Students Union and much more! We will also show you the campus bus stops.

Understanding Your Student Visa	Thursday 19 September 2024 @ 1:00 PM	U113 An important session delivered by our Compliance Team, outlining your responsibilities as a Student visa holder. This session is mandatory for all Student visa holders.
HSBC Account Walkthrough	Thursday 19 September 2024 @ 2:00 PM	U113 Opening a UK bank account is an important step to take as soon as you arrive and complete your registration. This interactive session will guide you through the process of opening an account as an international student.
Employability Advice	Thursday 19 September 2024 @ 3:00 PM	U113 A chance to meet our Employability and Graduate Futures team who will share about the services they offer, including events, coaching workshops and part time work opportunities.
Jet Centre 10 Pin Bowling Trip	Thursday 19 September 2024 @ 5:00 PM	Meet at Global Lounge A great opportunity to get social and make friends as we head to the North Coast's premier entertainment complex to play 10 pin bowling!

North Coast & Giants Causeway Trip	Friday 20 September 2024 @ 9:45 AM	Pick up at steps outside main entrance Register for our Away Day trip to the Giant's Causeway. A bus will take you from Coleraine to Northern Ireland's famous Giant's Causeway, with a stop at the beautiful coastal town of Portrush on the way back. The cost is just £10 per person and includes travel and entry to the Giant's Causeway. But hurry - spaces are limited!
