Welcome to Ulster - International Student Orientation September 2025
Online Enrolment and Orientation
Our International Student Orientation Programme will run for a full week beginning on Monday 15 September 2025, concluding on Friday 19 September 2025.
The International Student Advisory Service have a full week of activities to help you get all the key information your need, make new friends, and to become familiar with your new surroundings.
To ensure you have a smooth transition and get all the information you need to start your journey, we invite you to attend one of our mandatory welcome sessions.
Next Steps
- There will be an International Student Welcome Session on Monday 20 January at 10.45am in U113. All students must attend this session.
- Once you have completed this session you'll be ready to finalise your registration. You can see details of the full International Student Orientation Programme below.

Meet outside Global Lounge Meet outside the Global Lounge at 1.00pm. A private coach will take us to explore Coleraine town centre and then onto Riverside Retail Park for everything you will need to set up your new home. We'll show you some local supermarkets so you can stock up on some groceries too! |

Pick up at steps outside main entrance Register for our Away Day trip to the Giant's Causeway. A bus will take you from Coleraine to Northern Ireland's famous Giant's Causeway, with a stop at the beautiful coastal town of Portrush on the way back. The cost is just £20 per person and includes travel, entry to the Giant's Causeway visitor centre and lunch in Portrush. But hurry - spaces are limited! |
