Recurring Card Payment

How to pay your tuition fees by recurring card payment.

This payment option is available if your balance is £100 or more. The Recurring Card Payment plan (RCP) is normally set up during online enrolment with a credit/debit card.

Important Additional Information

Changing Card Details

If you wish to change the card that you used to set up the RCP plan, this may be done by contacting the Tuition Fees Office with your new card details.

Notifications

All communications regarding RCP plans will be sent by e-mail.

Card Expiration

If your card expires while your plan is still active you must contact the Fees Office immediately on +44 (0)28 701 24252 to update your new card details.

Transaction Declined (First Attempt)

If after set-up the initial transaction is declined you must contact your card issuer to find out why the transaction has been declined. Please note that the system will retry the failed transaction five days later.

Transaction Declined (Second Attempt)

If the resubmission fails, an administrative charge of £45 will be applied to your tuition fee account.

High Value Transactions

For high value payments drawn on foreign cards, it is recommended that you contact your bank or credit card issuer to notify them that you are intending to process a high value transaction to avoid delays.
