If you need advice about your student record, student finance or completing forms that require official university approval, Registry can offer you support and guidance. If you are unsure about the service you need, contact Registry and we will ensure your question gets answered.

Fees and Finance

The Fees Office can support you with any queries regarding your tuition fees from setting up a payment plan to dealing with sponsor letters and much more.


The Information Services Department are your IT gurus and will support you with all your technical needs, from advice regarding technology for online learning to support with University systems.


Library services provide resources to support learning, teaching and research. The team will assist you with ebooks as well as guide you on library opening times.

Student Wellbeing

Student Wellbeing provide a range of services to support you during your studies to include mental health and wellbeing, disability, counselling and a sexual health clinic. Contact us if you need support, our friendly team will provide guidance and support.

Doctoral College

The Doctoral College supports PhD Researchers navigate the registration and enrolment process at Ulster and we can answer any queries you may have. We can guide your through our online PhD Management System (PhD Manager) and help you engage with the many Researcher Development Programme (RDP) training sessions that we offer.
