Am I making the right decision?

Leaving the University means withdrawing completely from your course without returning to your studies.

Please read the information on ‘Why you may wish to leave’ as support is available to help you to make the right decision.

Don't like the course content / it does not cover what you thought it would / you're struggling academically

Some courses include a wide range of modules to give you a broad understanding of the subject. While it might not be what you expect now, it may be in the future as you progress through the teaching.

If you're unsure about your course, speak to your Course Director. They can explain the modules and learning outcomes, and suggest alternatives if needed, like switching to another course that might share similiar modules/credits.

You can also speak to your Course Representative who can resolve issues and will also work closely with the Course Director on your behalf.

The Student Wellbeing Team can help you will study tips, learning styles, and stress management techniques to help you study and perform better in exams.
