There’s a Change This Year

Whether you are new to Ulster or a returning student, to access your timetable, you need to complete your online course enrolment so your module choices can be sent to the Timetabling team.

Your personalised timetable will then be created and added to Publish, ready for you to view.

Follow the Steps

• Complete your online course enrolment
• Have your Ulster email and password ready
• Set up University Wi-Fi and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

When Will I Get my Timetable?

You'll need to allow up to 72 working hours after enrolment for your personalised timetable to appear in Publish.

It's important to enrol as early as possible to help get your timetable processed sooner.

Sometimes it may take a little longer than 72 hours while the team make sure your timetable is accurate, so don’t worry if it doesn’t appear straight away.
