The hard work is over and it’s time to celebrate your incredible achievements.
Here’s everything you need to prepare for your graduation ceremony.
Make sure your name, address and personal email details are up to date on Banner Self Service as we use this information to post your degree certificate and transcript.
In the run up to your ceremony, we’ll be in regular contact via your Ulster University email with your personalised itinerary and e-tickets.so if you need assistance with accessing your email, please reach out to the Ulster University Service Desk.
When the booking system closes, we may have space at your venue to offer additional tickets. Extra tickets are sold on a first come-first serve basis.
Please be aware that your tickets are non-transferrable. If you or one of your guests are unable to attend, contact your campus Registry Office for advice.
If you have friends or family who can’t make your ceremony, they can still join you virtually via our Graduation livestream. This is a great opportunity for your loved ones to get together, watch you walk across the stage and celebrate your success!
If you are feeling anxious or unsure about what happens at a graduation ceremony, take a tour of your venue and get a preview of what you can expect on your day.
Make sure to capture your special moments. Official photography packages are available on the day, or you can book this in advance to minimise queuing on the day. You can book photography now by logging into 'Your Graduation' account, which you created when booking your ceremony.
You should also keep an eye out for fun props around the venue that are perfect for those social media snaps with friends and family!
Don't forget to return your library books before your graduation. Books can be returned even when the library is closed by dropping them into one of the library book bins.
