Step Into the Assessment Centre
This day is designed for Placement & Final year students from all campuses to give them an authentic insight into the selection process used by top graduate employers. This is your chance to build confidence, sharpen key employability skills, and stand out in future applications.
When: Wednesday 11 March 12:30pm to 3:30pm
Where: Belfast campus, Room BD-03-006
Who: Please note this assessment centre is targeted to all students from all campuses.
What to Expect
During this immersive assessment centre, you’ll take part in realistic activities that mirror those used in real Enterprise Mobility recruitment, including:
- Group exercises To develop teamwork and leadership skills
- Presentation tasks To boost your communication and confidence
- Interactive challenges Designed to test problem‑solving and decision‑making
You’ll receive valuable insight into what employers look for and how to perform at your best in high‑pressure assessment settings.
