At Ulster University, we appreciate that the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic has had a substantive impact on our wider economy including the recruitment of student and graduate talent. As a University which prioritises applied professional learning, we are currently seeking to explore any resulting changes in recruitment and employment practice across the UK and Ireland through a short survey.
The purpose of the survey is to increase our understanding of how employers engage in the recruitment of student and graduate talent, including an enhanced understanding of how we can support the wider employer experience. The information from this study will help to inform us in relation to the enhancement of learning and academic services for students and ensure the student and graduate pipeline from Ulster University meets the needs of employers in NI and further afield. The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
All data collected will be held securely and will be treated in confidence. A summary report will be shared with all participating organisations.
All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a free place at Ulster University’s next Graduate and Placement Fair.
