From Course Rep to Student Councillor, there are a range of UUSU roles that can help you achieve the Ulster Graduate Award
UUSU and Student Voice roles offer you with the perfect opportunity to make an additional, important and meaningful contribution to the student experience at Ulster. Whether you become a Course, Departmental or Faculty Representative, a Student Councillor or fill a leadership role within a UUSU society, you deserve recognition for your additional commitment, new skills and the range of achievements involved in these roles.

If you are a Course, Departmental or Faculty Representative, you can secure Ulster Graduate Award recognition for these roles. You will need to fulfil certain requirements as directed by UUSU and once completed UUSU will provide you with confirmation.
You will then use this confirmation as evidence in your final application for the Ulster Graduate Award. You can only submit evidence for the Course Representative role once during your course.

As a Student Councillor, you are fulfilling a key role that shapes the UUSU position on important issues and challenges such as climate change to marriage equality. In this role you not only make a critical contribution to the student experience, you are demonstrating a range of skills from leadership to influencing and communication.
