Taking "deep dives” into priority institutional projects to define complex and ambiguous business, commercial, operational, and contractual challenges and identify robust, innovative solutions and proposals on the way forward.
Providing consultancy to University leadership on the development and implementation of key institutional contracts from research, advice and guidance at the early stages of negotiation, through to contract completion and to the creation of frameworks through which contractual compliance and related business performance is monitored and reported to the SLT as required, direct management of negotiations with third parties to protect the long term legal and commercial interests of Ulster University.
