Placing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at the Heart of Our Culture
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy places EDI at the heart of everything we do to deliver an experience and environment in which all staff and students are treated with respect, feel welcome and are able to thrive.
We maintain a commitment to meeting all statutory requirements in relation to equality and seek to go further in representing the need to place diversity and inclusion at the heart of our culture.
