Watch Your Alcohol Intake

The Christmas party season is over and if you’ve over-indulged in your favourite tipples, why not take a break? Here are a few ideas on cutting down your drinking:

Take a month off – It doesn’t have to be January to take a break from the booze. Challenge yourself to 30 days alcohol free and you may like the results! Your scales may be lighter but your bank balance heavier.

Change your plans – Instead of hitting the bar, arrange to meet friends for a coffee, go to the cinema or have a night in. A catch up with your favourite people doesn’t have to include a drink and you won’t forget wake up with foggy memories of the night.

Booze Free Bubbly – There are loads of alcohol free drinks available that taste like the real thing and won’t leave you feeling you’ve missed out. Nip into your local supermarket and see what’s on offer.
