Orla Flood

Overview

Orla is a Student Success Co-ordinator within the new Student Success Centre. Graduating from Ulster University in 2005 With a BSC Hons in Community Youth Work and completing her Certificate in Teaching with the university in 2023.

With a diverse professional background spanning youth, health, and education sectors, Orla brings a wealth of experience and insight to her work. Through her roles in various organisations, she has implemented inclusive programmes and initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of young people, promoting empowerment and equity.

Orla has also made significant contributions to the field of career development. With a focus on post primary school pupils and students in further education establishments, she has provided valuable guidance and support to help individuals navigate their career path and the transition to higher education. Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and innovative programs, she has equipped students with the skills and knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their future.
