Eoghain Meakin
Overview
Eoghain Meakin is a lecturer in Game Design and a PhD Researcher. Prior to his post in Ulster University he taught in Technological University Dublin and Pulse College Dublin across a range of modules in Video Game Design.
With a BA in English Language and Literature and MA in Film, his research focuses on narrative, story-telling and meaning making strategies in interactive media. He is a member of ViRal, an industry facing VR research lab, The Writer’s Guild of Ireland and Project Protean, a group for promoting innovation in digital performing arts.
