There were some of nearly 120 P4-P7 girls and boys to take part in a University of Ulster engineering event with the University of Ulster’s Dr Alan Leacock at Acorn Integrated Primary School, Carrickfergus which aimed to inspire the next generation of engineers, showcase new technology and highlight the wide range of exciting and creative careers that exist across theScience, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM)sectors.
