Central Agreement Repository
University staff are required to upload onto the University Central Agreement Repository, a copy of all new signed legal agreements which the University enters into.
This does not include copies of the following contracts which are stored elsewhere:
- Personnel
- Procurement
- Research Grants and Contracts
University staff are required to keep up-to-date those agreements held on the Repository. To upload an updated version of an agreement already held on the Repository, please contact legalservices@ulster.ac.uk
The Central Agreement Repository is the University's primary electronic record of copy legal agreements . You will be required not only to upload a copy of the contract but also to provide brief details of the agreement entered into.
All contracts should be uploaded within 28 days of receipt of the fully signed (by all parties) and dated agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure the contract has been properly executed before uploading a copy onto the Repository.
This electronic storage does not affect the requirement for colleagues to keep safe all original signed University legal agreements. For information on retention and disposal periods, please refer to the University's Records Retention and Disposal Schedule.
