Main Duties
- Act as first point of call, in key campus information points
- Provide quality customer service to students, staff and visitors
- Provide navigational support (including campus tours) to students, staff and visitors
- Provide basic IT support to students, staff and visitors (e.g. connecting to Wi-Fi)
- Provide general support for on campus activities and events
- Assist in the development of digital assets such as testimonials
- Conduct surveys and attend feedback sessions for university services
Rate
£12.50 per hour
