This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Optometry programme at Ulster University, and we're celebrating with a special event for alumni and friends on Saturday 27th September.
The event will begin at 11am and will feature talks and presentations from some of our outstanding alumni, including: Prof. Julie-Anne Little, who will deliver her inaugural Professorial Lecture; Prof. Ruth Hogg (QUB); Dr. Tony Redmond (Cardiff); and many more who will no doubt enjoy reminiscing about their time in Coleraine!
Several of the presentations will carry CPD points.
The event fee is £50, which includes a sandwich lunch, tea and coffee, and an evening dinner at 7pm in the Mermaid Restaurant at the Ramore.
Please note that registration for the event will open on 1st August 2025 via the link below. Further details about the day's schedule will be shared soon.
Looking forward to a great event and catching up with our old (and not so old) students!
