Blackboard Self-Help Information
The University has a wiki site which contains a range of pages regarding all aspects of using Blackboard Learn, such as start of term tips, how to tune your web browser for full Blackboard functionality and content issues. The wiki will keep you informed with information relating to Blackboard and is a useful place to start for any queries or issues you may have.
It is important that you are enrolled on the correct modules. The wiki page, 'Are you a registered student?' will advise you on checking your registration. You can also add or delete modules by processing a Module Amendment form - see the wiki page, 'How do I change my modules?' for more information.
