Mental Health Awareness Week is an ideal time for us all to think about mental health and come together as a community to talk openly about our mental health and how we can all better manage it.

Student Wellbeing will have a chill out area, self-care packs and more the whole week as well as hosting events each day on The Mall from 12 noon to 2pm.

  • Monday 15th May 12-2pm: Crocheting/knitting
  • Tuesday 16th May 12-2pm: Wreath making
  • Wednesday 17th May 12-2pm: Lego/papercraft
  • Thursday 18th May 12-2pm: Tote bag designing
  • Friday 19th May 12-2pm: Bracelet making
