Leadership Transitions Programme (upcoming)

We are in the process of developing a Leadership Transitions programme, would be helpful if there was a ‘find out more’ option as plans for this progress (or could be in phase 2?)  Some copy below:

At Ulster University, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that family firms face during leadership transitions. We are in the process of developing a programme is designed to help facilitate a smooth transition from one generation to the next, and to help families in business broaden their focus beyond the firm to develop a focus on transgenerational entrepreneurship which is “the processes through which a family uses and develops entrepreneurial mindsets and family influenced resources and capabilities to create new streams of entrepreneurial, financial and social value across generations” (Habbershon et al., 2010:1).
