The Centre for Food Business is an interdisciplinary research community, which brings together members from across academia, industry and public policy for commercial and academic research.
We are a team of qualified and experienced business and policy experts, chefs, nutritionists and sensory specialists here to support food and drink businesses.
Using market intelligence (e.g., Mintel and Euromonitor), sensory analysis (e.g., Compusense), and big data (e.g., dunnhumby Tesco Clubcard) the centre specialises in a data driven approach to innovation to help businesses better understand the needs of their customer.
