ICT Customer Experience (ICTCE) delivers first-line and campus-based second-line IT support services to Ulster University students and staff across four campuses. The division also supports more than 200 centrally bookable teaching, learning, research, and administrative spaces, ensuring technology services are available, reliable, and effective.
Its core service portfolio includes the Service Desk, staff and student device management, educational technologies, and the provision and support of audiovisual and media technologies within centrally managed teaching and meeting environments.
In addition, ICTCE provides specialist services such as service analysis, video conferencing, Audio Visual and technical support for university events.
Demonstrating its commitment to service excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and industry best practice, ICTCE holds the prestigious Service Desk Institute (SDI) 4-Star accreditation.
