The Digital Programme and Innovation team supports the delivery of the Digital Strategy by enabling University-wide Digital Business Transformation.
We manage the entire portfolio of IT programmes and projects, the associated Digital Services capital budgets and ensure that governance, monitoring and reporting align with best practice.
In addition we provide a range of Business Analysis services including situation investigation and problem analysis, enterprise architecture and modelling, requirements lifecycle management, business case development, business process mapping and process automation using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
