Dr Rachel McCarter


Overview

Rachel completed her PhD at Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) in 2019, and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at QUB. Since 2020, Rachel has worked as a research associate in the Administrative Data Research Centre –Northern Ireland (ADR-NI) at Ulster University.

Research Focus

Rachel’s primary research interests are in the areas of multimorbidity and mental health.

Her research has involved applying quantitative modelling techniques to both cross-sectional and longitudinal survey data and linked administrative health data sources.
