    Current Outages

    Resolved outages

    • Eduroam WiFi 

      We have experienced issues with Eduroam WiFi on all campuses.  This is now resolved.  You will be prompted to accept the renewed certificate (no prompt on Android). Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    • Telephones

      We are currently experiencing issues with our phone systems.  We are working to resolve this. If you need to contact our IT Service Desk, please send an email to servicedesk@ulster.ac.uk.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    • RDWEB

      The issue with RDWeb should now be resolved.  You will need to clear your browser cache, and restart your computer to clear the issue.

    Scheduled Maintenance

    • Saturday 13 April 2024 - Upgrade to University Network Authentication Services

      Essential maintenance and upgrade activities have been scheduled for the University’s Network Authentication platforms Saturday 13th April. All campus network service connectivity will be adversely impacted during this maintenance window between 8.00am and 5.00pm. This will impact local connectivity when onsite to the wired and wireless networks across all campuses.
