Numbeo is an interactive tool to help you to research and understand the cost of living in your Host country. You can estimate the costs of everything from transportation and utilities to grocery items to understand what your costs could look like.

The Open University offers a free course, "Managing my money for young adults" - you may find it beneficial to complete this in helping you to prepare for  Working Abroad and managing your costs.
