The 20th anniversary of The Women Peace and Security Agenda (UN SCR1325) is approaching in 2020. As everyone has a part to play, HRH The Countess of Wessex will encourage all to continue advancing the Agenda and creating a more equal world. With the support of HM Government and partners, the event will draw attention to women peace-builders who are key in realizing lasting peace and security in the most fragile regions across the world.
The event will benefit from the attendance of guests from across the world involved in the Women’s Peace and Security Agenda: women peace-builders, members of the diplomatic community and international agencies, women business leaders as well as members from HM Government and parliamentarians.
