Food, nutrition & dietetic researchers at Ulster University have teamed up with local celebrity chef, Suzie Lee, for this interactive cooking demo, served with a side of science!

Join us for an interactive workshop to understand how to make the most of local ingredients for your home cooking and get help on making healthier choices for you and your family.

Suzie will demonstrate simple and cost-effective recipes, sharing lots of practical ideas and tips along the way.

Our researchers from the Nutrition team at Ulster will unpick the science behind Suzie’s creations, debunk common food and nutrition myths, and share insights into a career in nutrition science.

Refreshments will be served from 12:30pm and everyone is welcome!
