Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, the world’s biggest celebration of Irish music and culture, is coming to Belfast for the very first time. Tap into the energy of this vibrant city as the world-famous festival lands on the banks of the Lagan.

From a traditional céilí band to a rousing pipe band, marvel at world-class talent and contemporary collaborations as you sample the very best of local food and drink. Alongside prestigious All-Ireland competitions with performers from every corner of the world, have a go at instrument making or practice a cúpla focal (few words) of Irish with interactive workshops and hubs.
Scoil Éigse, an essential part of the Fleadh, will be held in Ulster University's Belfast campus. This week of intensive tuition and fun-filled sessions helps young musicians learn from the genre’s best musicians and teachers.
