About the team
The Research Development Team adopt a hub and spoke model with dedicated Faculty Managers and Officers providing tailored assistance to each faculty.
The Research Development Team is responsible for the provision of institution-wide pre-award support for research and research-related work ensuring a consistently high standard of service and accessibility for service users.
The team cost, facilitate, co-produce and manage the development of research proposals ensuring fit to call, compliance and application of best practice.
The team provide assistance with eligibility criteria, financial requirements, application format and content, final sign-off on research application submissions and to support partner and funder relations.
The Research Development offer expertise across the full suite of UK, European and international funders.
