In her project, “Dealing with our violent past. Should Historical Clarification Commissions be understood as cases of transitional justice?”, Cira will investigate what are the implications of framing historical commissions as instances of transitional justice in consolidated democracies. She will be working under the mentorship of Tine Destrooper at the Human Rights Centre.
