The Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland has tasked the steering group, which will report to the Strategic Oversight Group, to determine and prioritise the judiciary’s requirements for digital transformation. It will seek to examine the needs across all the various courts and tribunals in Northern Ireland. The ultimate aim will be to deliver modern, effective and innovative courts across the province.
John is the Course Director for our LLM in International Commercial Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He is also a qualified barrister and a practicing mediator. His research interests are in Fintech, Commercial Law, ADR and Online Dispute Resolution.
