Congratulations to Michelle Rouse who passed her viva on the morning of 27 April!
Michelle’s thesis was on ‘Gender, Decision-Making and the Northern Ireland Senior Civil Service: A Feminist Institutional Analysis of Elite Bureaucracy in Transition’. The thesis was examined by Prof Fiona Mackay (Edinburgh) and Prof Anne Marie Gray (Ulster), with Dr Fidelma Ashe as the chair.
Her supervisors were Dr Catherine O’Rourke, Dr Karl O’Connor and Prof Cathy Gormley-Heenan.
