Exploring Agentic AI in Judicial Decision Making: Insights from the Royal Courts of Justice
Some of our team had the privilege of being in London today for a series of in-depth discussions with senior members of the judiciary. This engagement is part of our ongoing collaboration exploring the role of agentic AI in judicial decision making—an area of research that holds significant implications for the future of legal systems.
The opportunity to hear directly from judges offered us invaluable insights from the Bench. Their perspectives will play a crucial role in shaping the trajectory of our work, grounding our research in the realities of courtroom practice and judicial responsibility.
We are deeply grateful to the judiciary for the warm welcome and for their thoughtful, open engagement with this important and complex topic.
Hosting the meeting at the Royal Courts of Justice, within the iconic Rolls Building—the very heart of commercial justice in the United Kingdom—added a profound sense of place and purpose to our discussions.
As we reflect on the conversations and ideas shared, our team is energized and inspired to move this project forward. The path ahead is filled with both challenges and exciting possibilities, and we look forward to continuing this important dialogue.
