The post-holder will support the research team in drafting, publishing and disseminating the overall findings and recommendations of the research.This will include he analysis of anonymized qualitative data and the creation of a legal participation check-list. You will assist with the collection of empirical data on litigants in person in family courts in Northern Ireland, through conducting court and interviewing litigants; and assisting with data coding & analysis of qualitative data. (fixed term until Dec 2021).
