Last week, Professor Monica McWilliams joined a delegation to Colombia with the Westminster Foundation. The delegation was made up of Michael Culbert (Coiste), Chris Mc Cabe (formerly British Joint Secretariat and NIO), Harold Good and Michael Heffernan. The delegation met with the ELN group currently in negotiations in Quito, Venuzula on the Colombian peace process and held discussions with female negotiators from FARC.
