Congratulations to Hedley Abernethy who successfully defended his PhD thesis on 6 December 2021. Hedley’s thesis is on ‘State policies of reparations for victims of the political conflict in Northern Ireland’.
The thesis was supervised by Dr Kris Brown and Professor Cath Collins and was expertly examined by Dr Cheryl Lawther (QUB) and Professor Brandon Hamber (Ulster), with Dr Esther McGuinness as chair.
