Advice for finalists
As you come to the final stages of your EDGE Award the first thing you need to do is check which activities are recorded on your EDGE Award record. If you think there should be activities on your record that are not currently showing then please contact the activity co-ordinator or email careers@ulster.ac.uk
Once you have all your completed activities recorded the final stage is for you to complete a short final application.
A short final application is linked on a special EDGE Award area on Blackboard Learn. Within this area you will also find other useful information that will support your EDGE Award Journey. The deadline for completing this final application will be listed on this Blackboard Learn area.
All final year students who are registered on the Ulster EDGE Award should have access to this area on Blackboard Learn.
If you are due to graduate December 2024, you will need to complete the short final application with a deadline of 1st November. You can access this form directly here:
Congratulations to our 2024 Ulster EDGE Excel Award Student of the Year Lauren McKeary! A special well done to all our nominees who were willing to put themselves forward and share their impressive development journeys through the range of extra curricular activities you engaged in.
Our Graduate Development Coach team are here to guide you through your EDGE / EDGE Excel Journey. You can also contact EDGE Award lead Brian Byers with specific questions relating to the final application for EDGE and the EDGE Excel Student of the Year competition.
