Consultancy and Recruitment Services

This section of the Department aims to provide high quality Human Resources Services. A dedicated team of professionally qualified Consultants/Advisors are available to provide advice to managers and employees on the full range of people management issues. A nominated Consultant/Advisor has been allocated to each of the Faculties and Departments across the University. HR Consultant/Advisors - Areas of Responsibility

HR Administration Section

This section works closely with the recruitment section and is responsible for:

Developing and maintaining the integrated HR/Payroll system
Processing the monthly and weekly payroll (in conjunction with the Salaries and Wages department)
Data capture and reporting needs for the HR department
Providing management information to Faculties/Departments
Managing personnel record systems
