Consultancy and Recruitment Services

This section of the Department aims to provide high quality Human Resources Services. A dedicated team of professionally qualified HR Business Partners are available to provide advice to managers and employees on the full range of people management issues. A nominated Business Partner has been allocated to each of the Faculties and Departments across the University. HR Administration Section

This section works closely with the recruitment section and is responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining the integrated HR/Payroll system

• Processing the monthly and weekly payroll (in conjunction with the Salaries and Wages department)

• Data capture and reporting needs for the HR department

• Providing management information to Faculties/Departments

• Managing personnel record systems
