The University of Ulster will help graduates boost their employment prospects by hosting a free graduate bootcamp next week.

Participants will learn how to produce an attractive CV, tackle the application process and shine in interviews, boosting their chances of securing a job in an increasingly competitive labour market.

Organised by the University’s Career Development Centre, in partnership with key graduate employers, the intensive bootcamp is designed to be informative and highly interactive.

Career Development Consultant, Julie Gerrish, said: “The University of Ulster puts employability at the heart of the student experience. We are passionate about producing confident, resourceful graduates who are equipped with the key skills to enter the job market.

“Although the graduate labour market is slowly improving it is still very competitive in many sectors.

“This bootcamp has been specifically designed to give participants a fresh approach to job searches and networking and helping them to develop the skills to stand out from the crowd and win that graduate level job.”

The graduate bootcamp will take place on Friday 14 March at the University of Ulster’s Belfast campus.

Booking will be on a first come first served basis as places are limited.
