Professor Siobhan O’Neill and Mind Your Mood
Ulster University run a number of planned activities throughout the year to fundraise for Mind Your Mood.
Alternatively, you can also choose to organise your own fundraising activity.
In past years many of our staff, students and alumni have run their own activities to raise funds for Mind Your Mood, including participating in the Virgin London Marathon, coffee mornings, coastal walks, choir events and much more.

‘I set up and ran a tennisathon for Mind Your Mood. Around 30 participants took part and we raised over £1,000. Not only was it a great event in terms of fundraising, it was brilliant in terms of our own mental wellbeing as it delivered a sense of community and helped boost our physical activity levels.’
