There are various ways to get help using the Library, including our handy Getting Started page, the extensive Library Subject Guides, the Library's Information Skills guide and other training material. You can also Contact the Library in a variety of different ways.

If you require personal assistance with any Library, or ICT-related enquiries while in your campus Library, please visit the Library Information Point. Staff can help you with passwords, finding books within the Library, using our online resources and resolving problems with your Library account (Library Information Points are open during normal Library hours).
